The reason is, he uploaded a video on his TikTok account @zoecrewet, containing complaints about his car being stuck on the Transjakarta busway. In the video, the car he was traveling in was stuck on a lane flanked by a row of Transjakarta buses.
The 18-year-old model admitted she was trapped for four hours because her car was flanked by buses. The bus was seen parked waiting for the operational schedule.
"We accidentally went to the busway because my mother was driving the wrong way. There was a bus in front and it didn't start. There was also a bus behind. So we were stuck and we were at this (road marking). So we couldn't go, guys," said Zoe, quoted by brilio.net from the TikTok account @zoecrewet, Wednesday (22/5).
The next video shows Zoe displaying the TransJakarta bus queue at the front and back of the car she is traveling in. Zoe, who was confused, asked netizens for a solution.

"Can you guys help me? Like what the solution is? Please comment below, I'm panicking, it's four hours, they say it's until four o'clock," he said.
Instead of getting sympathy, netizens actually insulted him because he entered a bus lane where private vehicles were not allowed to use. It didn't stop there, netizens also accused him of setting up the incident for the sake of content. Netizens who claimed to be at the location explained that after creating content, the model and TikTokers called the driver, then he and his mother got into the car that picked him up.
Meanwhile, the stuck car was left with its other driver to wait on the TransJakarta route. Netizens were furious with Zoe's actions.
Due to this incident, the North Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit issued proof of a ticket to Zoe Levana who crossed the TransJakarta route at the Pluit Village bus stop last Sunday (19/5). After the incident, Zoe clarified via the TikTok account @zoecrewet on Wednesday (22/5). He said he didn't expect the video to go viral.
