Brilio.net - The controversy surrounding the Universal Institute of Professional Management (UIPM) has resurfaced. This time, the campus that recently awarded an honorary degree to Raffi Ahmad was caught using a photo of Gita Savitri without permission on their official website.
Netizens curious about UIPM's background began investigating the campus. The results were quite surprising, ranging from unclear addresses to allegations of fraud.
One interesting finding is the use of Gita Savitri's photo on the Testimonials page of the uipm.online site. The famous YouTuber's photo was used for the profile of a student named Anita Sari.

Gita Savitri, who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Pure Chemistry from Freie Universitat Berlin, was of course surprised to see her photo used without permission. However, instead of being angry, she responded to the situation calmly.
Upon learning that her photo had been used without permission, Gita Savitri immediately shared her discovery on her Instagram Story. She chose to respond to the situation with a joke.
Instead of getting angry or threatening legal action, Gita chose to joke about her new identity. Her response certainly drew laughter from her followers on social media.

" From now on, call me Anita Sari ," wrote Gita Savitri.
Gita also gave a satirical response on her Instagram story. She mocked the campus that used her photo, while also mocking the credibility of the campus that seemed to be deceiving.
" As an alumni of UIPM, I, Anita Sari, can easily get the opportunity to work in Germany and compete with people from various countries! This is all because of the quality of UIPM's education which is of international standard. Want to be like me? Just study at UIPM! Guaranteed success! Success is a lie ," wrote Gita who looked annoyed.

It can be concluded that the student biodata on the website is merely fictitious. Because, the photo used belongs to Gita Savitri. Now, the UIPM website can no longer be accessed.
At the bottom of the photo, there is a student named Anita Sari. Also listed is a testimonial from a student named Anita Sari in English as if Gita Savitri attended UIPM.
" Anita Sari. As a student at Universal Institute of Professional Management (UIPM), I am very satisfied with the quality of education provided. The curriculum is integrated with industry needs and the teaching from experts in the field really prepares me for a professional career. In addition, the facilities provided really support my learning process. UIPM is not only a place to study, but also a community that supports and motivates students to achieve their best ," wrote the statement on the website.
Meanwhile, the controversy surrounding UIPM continues to roll. The campus that claims to have a branch in Summarecon Bekasi is still a big question mark for the public, especially regarding its credibility and legality.
The Gita Savitri case adds to the long list of oddities surrounding UIPM. The public is now increasingly wary and critical of educational institutions that offer degrees or certificates online.
