Brilio.net - It has been more than 3 years since the alleged child neglect case addressed to Rezky Aditya has not been resolved. Wenny Ariani appeared in June 2021 claiming to have had a child with Rezky Aditya since 2013 and lost contact in 2014.
Wenny Ariani sued Rezky Aditya to the Tangerang District Court. Wenny demanded compensation of Rp 17.5 billion and for her child to receive recognition and responsibility from Citra Kirana's husband. When Wenny Ariani's lawsuit was in the spotlight, Rezky Aditya was silent.
On February 3, 2022, the Tangerang District Court panel of judges rejected Wenny's lawsuit regarding the recognition of a biological child. The judge stated that Rezky was not proven to have a child and was never married to Wenny. As a result of this decision, the investigation into this case was also stopped by the police.
However, Wenny Ariani did not remain silent and immediately filed an appeal. In her appeal, Wenny asked the court to order Rezky to undergo a DNA test to prove her child status. On November 7, 2024, Rezky, accompanied by his wife and attorney, came to Polda Metro Jaya to attend a special case title.

In addition to Rezky, a similar problem was also experienced by his father, Trijoyo Drajatmoko, who was reported by a woman named Tiara. Tiara claimed that Trijoyo was the biological father of a daughter from his relationship with Tiara, who was also his former employee. Tiara demanded that Rezky's father provide alimony of Rp5 million per month for 18 years.
Tiara's attorney explained that the case had been ongoing since November 30, 2021 at the Bekasi District Court. After going through a long legal process, on September 14, 2023, the Supreme Court ruled that Trijoyo Drajatmoko was the biological father of the child.
"In fact, Mrs. Tiara's case is not much different from her son Rezky's case. So they both have children out of wedlock," said Tiara's attorney, quoted from YouTube SCTV, Thursday (11/14).

The cassation decision that has been final and binding confirms that Trijoyo is obliged to pay maintenance for Tiara's child. Tiara's party immediately prepared the files for execution at the Bekasi District Court.
"Thank God, the requirements are complete and now we just have to submit the registration," explained Tiara's attorney.
Tiara's party emphasized that the execution process is important to fulfill the child's rights that have been legally recognized. However, until now Trijoyo's party has not provided a response, either verbally or in writing.
"Because until this case has become final and binding, Rezky's father has not communicated with us at all. Neither verbally nor in writing," he stressed.
