Through X's social media account, Enzy questioned the fate of her bag which was stuck at Customs . The presenter, who is now a diplomat, decided not to redeem the bag he bought because the tax he had to pay was considered more expensive than the item he bought.

Not long after the tweet was uploaded, many netizens responded. The Special Staff of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenku), Yustinus Prastowo, is no exception. Responding to Enzy's tweet, Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani's subordinates apologized for the incident experienced by the presenter. He also said he would coordinate with Customs and Excise to trace the whereabouts of bags that were not purchased.
