Denada's manager, Risna, also shared the story of how she contacted Feni Rose regarding the sale of the bag. In an urgent situation, Risna tried to offer the bag to Feni through a makeshift photo. Risna said that the bag belonged to Denada who was in need of funds for her daughter's treatment.
"She was an extraordinary woman at that time. I said, I asked, 'Sis, I want to sell this. This is Dena's, are you interested?' I just sent a photo. Send a photo, this is what the item looks like, you can see it first," explained Risna.
Feni Rose surprised Risna and Denada with her quick decision to buy the bag without asking many questions. The bag was purchased without further checking or negotiation.
This spontaneous and empathetic attitude became a highlight for Denada who felt very helped. Even though the price of the bag is not a small amount.

"First, check the authenticity or all sorts of documents. He didn't check at all. He didn't check, he didn't bargain. The photos were just so-so, using a cellphone," said Denada.
It didn't take long for Feni Rose to give a positive response. She quickly sent the money needed to buy the bag.
This made Risna and Denada feel touched and grateful for the assistance given. Denada even cried because the goods she sold for her daughter's treatment could sell so quickly.
