Brilio.net - Diet is generally identical to adults who want to maintain their weight or health. Regular eating patterns and limiting certain intakes are the main keys to undergoing a diet properly.

However, what happens when a small child starts a diet? This is done by Arsy Hermansyah , the eldest daughter of Anang Hermansyah and Ashanty, who is currently trying to regulate her diet.

Feelings of lack of confidence made Arsy start to pay attention to her body shape. She honestly revealed that she felt fat and didn't want to look ugly.

" I don't want to look ugly, Arsy is fat! " she said in an Instagram post by @ashanty_ash.

Her desire to lose weight made her start to limit her food, especially sweet foods. Just like adults on a diet, Arsy avoids high-sugar foods and chooses healthier alternatives.

Even so, he has a unique way to still enjoy his favorite food. When eating, he provides a jar of pineapple tarts and a pack of chocolate, but only smells the aroma, while what he really eats is the pieces of pear on his plate.

" He smelled pineapple tarts and chocolate, but he ate pears ," said Ashanty.

Seeing her daughter's efforts to restrain herself, Ashanty tried to persuade her to enjoy a little sweet food. She also suggested Arsy to take advantage of a cheat day on the weekend.

" It's okay, it's a cheat day today, weekend ," said Ashanty.

Arsy's firm stance on her diet made her mother laugh. Even though she was given the opportunity to enjoy a cheat day, she remained firm in refusing the temptation of sweet foods.

Arsy's decision to diet since childhood has drawn various reactions from netizens. Some feel sorry because at her age, which is still growing, she should not have to be too strict in regulating food.

" Poor thing, she's still growing and on a diet... she'll get sick ," commented Aelinna Fiah Gassing.

" It's okay if they're still growing, it's a shame that little children are already being indoctrinated with diets ," wrote Nurhayati Simanjuntak.

On the other hand, there are also many who support Arsy's healthy diet. Some netizens think that limiting high-sugar foods from an early age is actually good for health.

" In fact, it's good, the food he avoids contains high calories and is not healthy food, so it's good because he eats real food ," said Chairunisa Jakia.

" Since childhood, she was not accustomed to eating carelessly so that her weight would not increase. She dieted not by not eating, but by choosing healthy foods. Nastar and chocolate are high in sugar, which is not good for children ," added Melisa.
