The family was devastated by Ratu's decision to leave home. Various attempts have been made by the parents to persuade Ratu to come home but to no avail.
The relationship between Ratu and her family became increasingly strained after the incident. The family suspected that there was a bad influence from Cornelio Sunny on the change in Ratu's attitude.
"But ever since she met Sunny, her character changed completely and she even slandered my parents so that she could stay outside the house. So the reason why Ratu was never seen with my family was because she herself cut ties with the family and chose the fathers she had just met who had brainwashed her," Bulan added.
