Chiang Mai has enough infrastructure that I feel comfortable, while being cheap enough that I don't have to worry too much about money, said Martn Ral Villalba, a software developer originally from Salta, Argentina. That combined with decent visa options, a relaxed lifestyle, availability of short-term rentals and really good food make it a nice, well-rounded spot.
