Brilio.net - Ruben Onsu and Sarwendah's marriage of approximately 11 years has ended in court. Now the two have been officially declared divorced by the South Jakarta District Court, after the verdict was delivered via E-court.
It is known that the first divorce suit was filed by Ruben Onsu on June 11, 2024. However, there was no attempt at peace between Ruben and Sarwendah. Then the lawsuit was finally granted by the Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court, on Tuesday (24/9). This means that Ruben and Sarwendah are no longer husband and wife.

Having been silent for a long time about the cause of his divorce, Ruben Onsu, represented by his attorney, finally spoke out. Ruben and Sarwendah are determined to separate because the two often quarrel due to ongoing differences of opinion.
"Often quarrels, starting from differences of opinion on things that are priorities. So it's been a lot, it's become an accumulation and a peak," said Minola as quoted by brilio.net from Kapanlagi.com, Wednesday (25/9).
Not finding common ground, Ruben and Sarwendah agreed to separate. They did this so as not to hurt each other's feelings.
"We are talking about the contents of the household, the perspectives are different. There are differences in each person's way of thinking and it is difficult to unite," said Ruben's attorney.

Meanwhile, it is known that Ruben's response admitted that he was relieved about the decision he took. The burden of the problem is over and he is certainly mentally prepared.
"The response was relief. The problem that had been a burden has been resolved because the verdict was out. We had been sad since yesterday before the lawsuit process until we finally separated. We had prepared mentally and other things," said Ruben Minola's attorney.
Of course, the news of Ruben and Sarwendah's divorce shocked the public. Because during the change of stairs, Ruben and Sarwendah seemed to have no problems at all. Unexpectedly, the relationship that seemed peaceful and harmonious was actually shrouded in problems. Both Ruben and Sarwendah were really able to cover up their household problems, so people didn't think that the two were involved in a prolonged argument and couldn't find a solution.
Custody falls into Sarwendah's handsMeanwhile, Ruben Onsu gave custody of Betrand, Thalia, and Taia to Sarwendah. Even so, Ruben still provides a living and asks Sarwendah not to have any restrictions if she wants to meet her children.
"Ruben agreed to take full responsibility for the children's living expenses and education. Ruben asked to be given time to spend with his children on holidays," said Minola.
