Brilio.net - Choosing the right powder certainly plays an important role in the final results of facial makeup. If you choose the wrong powder, your makeup will look putty, cakey, and sometimes it will make your makeup less blended and look like a mask. Therefore, you need to choose powder that suits your skin type.

Powder itself has various types, from compact powder, two way cake , to loose powder. Loose powder is one of the favorites of makeup users. The reason is, this type of powder functions to remove oil on the face, set makeup, and provide a matte finish.

Apart from having a light and soft texture, loose powder can also provide more natural results on the face and keep it fresh throughout the day. Even though the coverage is not as effective as pressed powder, loose powder can also provide quite good coverage with its ability to set the complexion.

In line with this, recently a TikToker with the account name @bbyndaa27, held a Dazzle Me and Revlon loose powder battle which went viral on TikTok. The TikToker conducted a battle to test the coverage of the two powders, which are both priced at IDR 50 thousand. Guess which one is better, huh?

Through her upload, the account owner known as Indah compared the packaging of Dazzle Me Always Setting Loose Powder and Revlon Touch and Glow Face Powder. According to him, the two loose powder products have the same round shape and are equipped with a sponge.

But unfortunately, the sponge from Revlon brand loose powder looks thinner and less soft. Meanwhile, Dazzle Me loose powder has a thick and soft sponge, making it easier to apply the product.

"The sponge (Revlon) is thin and not too soft," said Indah, as reported by briliobeauty.net from the TikTok account @bbyndaa27, Wednesday (12/6).

Furthermore, Indah tested the coverage of the two loose powders by applying them to her face. According to him, loose powder from Revlon has grains that are not too fine, while loose powder from Dazzle Me has finer grains.

"Revlon's grain texture is not very fine, so you have to make more effort, guys, if you want to apply this loose powder. The grains of the powder (Dazzle Me) are very fine, so it's really easy to blend and apply to the face," he continued.

So, from the application of these two products, Indah revealed that the coverage results from Dazzle Me loose powder were better than Revlon. This is influenced by the level of fineness of the powder and makeup sponge used. Even so, Revlon loose powder is no less effective in helping set complexion so that it lasts longer and doesn't shift easily.
