Brilio.net - Moisturizer is a skincare product that is very important to maintain skin moisture and health. Especially for people who have skin that tends to be dry or exposed to extreme environmental conditions. Well, this product will help maintain hydration balance and protect the skin from damage.
However, for those with acne-prone skin, choosing the right moisturizer is crucial to prevent irritation or worsening of the skin condition. Moisturizers specifically for acne-prone skin are usually formulated with light, non-comedogenic, and oil-free ingredients to avoid clogging pores that can worsen acne.
These products often contain anti-inflammatory ingredients, such as niacinamide or salicylic acid, which help reduce inflammation and control excess oil production. Moisturizers for acne-prone skin often come in gel or lotion form, as these textures absorb more quickly and dont add to the weight of your skin like heavy creams do.
Along with that, a TikToker with the account name @amn.daaa, conducted a battle review of two viral moisturizer products formulated for acne-prone skin. The products in question are The Originote Cica B5 Soothing Moisturizer and Glad2Glow Centella Allantoin Soothing Gel Moisturizer. Which of the two absorbs faster?
"These two moisturizers are both good for acne-prone skin, relieve redness, and can calm the skin," he said, as reported by briliobeauty.net on Tuesday (10/9).
Through her upload, the account owner known as Amanda first reviewed The Originote product. According to her, The Originote moisturizer has a clear gel texture, which feels watery. Because of its texture, The Originote moisturizer absorbs faster into the skin without giving a sticky impression.
"Well, in my opinion, a moisturizer with a texture like this is suitable for oily skin," he continued.
Furthermore, Amanda reviewed a moisturizer from the Glad2Glow brand. According to her, the texture is the same as a clear gel, but what makes it different is the impression of being thick or thicker than The Originote. Because of its thick texture, this Glad2Glow product is more suitable for those with dry skin.
"So it takes time to absorb into the skin. Even so, it doesn't make the skin greasy and remains light when used," he said.
