"Do you remember four years ago, I bought you Apple AirPods as a birthday gift? Can I get them back because mine was broken and I was financially unstable. Can you return them to me?" the woman wrote.
Feeling irritated by his female friend's request, Jeffrey gave an annoying reply.
"It was a birthday present and you still want to take it back? By the way, those AirPods were broken a long time ago," replied Jeffrey.
Not only that, Jeffrey also admitted that his finances were also unstable. He doesn't even have a steady job or income yet. Apart from that, Jeffrey reminded his female friend of this, when he was treated to a meal four years ago. Jeffrey asked his friend to pay for the food he had paid for before.

"But bro, maybe you could refuse his request more gently. No need to be annoying like that," said another netizen.
"Just return it if his financial condition is bad. It's better to buy him a new one as a sign of friendship," said one netizen.
