2. Insulting individuals, religions, ethnicities, races, groups, gubernatorial candidates, deputy gubernatorial candidates, regent candidates, deputy regent candidates, mayoral candidates, deputy mayoral candidates, and political parties.

3. Carrying out campaigns in the form of provocation, slander, or division between political parties, individuals, or community groups.

4. Using or threatening violence, or encouraging the use of violence against individuals, community groups, or political parties.

5. Disturbing the security, peace and order of society in general.

6. Threatening and encouraging the use of violence to seize power from the legitimate government.

7. Damaging or removing campaign props.

8. Utilize facilities and budgets from the government or regions.

9. Using places of worship and educational institutions for campaign activities.

10. Carrying out a parade on foot or using vehicles on public roads.

11. Carrying out campaign activities outside the time specified by the Provincial and Regency/City KPU.
