Harys lawyer, Munatsir Mustaman, during the hearing said the investigation on his client did not go through the usual procedure. He claimed that the notice of investigation should have been sent to the defendant and the person who reported the case within seven days, but Munatsir claimed his client only received it 47 days after the investigation was started.

The investigation started on May 4, but the notice was sent on June 20, 47 days later, he said.

That violated the regulations, thus we demand the judges to cancel the notice, the police report and the naming as suspect.
