Brilio.net/en - A brand new Facebooks feminist philosophy could make you feel strongly motivated to date a nerd, being a nerd, or encourage your daughter to date/be a nerd.
This new philosophy breaks through the walls of Facebook Headquarter with a message of female empowerment inspired by Mark Zuckerberg's paternity leave.
Sheryl Sandberg (known as the author of Lean In, which is considered as a feminist manifesto for some, yet a message of faux-feminism for others), currently the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, wrote on the social media about the motivational words (and turns into a sort of new philosophy) which encouraging women everywhere to be the nerd.
The new philosophy came out from of the many viral photos of Zuckerberg moments with the adorable baby-girl Max, during his paternity leave.
A grandmother posted in the CEOs Facebook page about how she encourages her granddaughter to always date the nerd, because he might turn out to be the next Mark Zuckerberg and make billions.
In response to the encouraging advice, Zuckerberg wrote his own wise recommendation for the granddaughter's prospects.
"Even better would be to encourage them to (be) the nerd in their school, so they can be the next successful inventor," Zuckerberg wrote in a pitch-perfect reply.
The magic word from the CEO turns out to be a rallying cry for Facebook employees everywhere and those who dream about working for the Silicon Valley giant.
