The regulation will be included in the regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
The impact of this latest regulation is that not all people can buy subsidized fuel. Especially those who have four-wheeled vehicles or cars. However, they must show a QR Code before filling up with subsidized fuel such as Biosolar or Pertalite at a gas station. If you do not have a QR Code, you cannot fill up with subsidized fuel.
So far, it has not been informed who is entitled to use subsidized Pertalite and Solar fuel. Even so, the Mypertamina QR Code for purchasing subsidized fuel is not yet required for two-wheeled vehicles or motorbikes. But it is mandatory for four-wheeled vehicles. In addition, the criteria for using subsidized fuel are determined based on the car's engine capacity or Cubicle Centimeter (CC), namely a maximum solar subsidy of 2,000 CC, while a maximum of Pertalite fuel is 1,400 CC.

1. Prepare the required documents: KTP photo, STNK photo, photo of vehicle and its Police Number.
2. Open the link site https://subsiditepat.mypertamina.id/ or the QR Code available in the registration guidebook on the page. Remember to register using the latest version of the browser.
3. Click the new account registration menu, when registering make sure you have reviewed the applicable terms and conditions regarding subsidized fuel users, then click the "Register Now" button.
4. After that, fill in your complete personal data according to your ID card. Then enter your full name, NIK, mobile number, email, and password.
5. Check your email. Make sure your email is active so you can activate it.
6. In the email, click the "Activate Email Address" button. Once activated, click the "Login to Account" button to complete your personal data.
7. Login to Subsidy Tepat. Then log in using NIK and password.
8. After logging in, the verification code from the Right Subsidy will be sent automatically to your email.
9. Next, enter the verification code that has been sent to your email to continue filling in your personal data.
10. Fill in your personal data and address. Complete your personal data and address according to the instructions on the personal data form. Also make sure the KTP photo is clearly visible and legible.
11. After completing the personal data and address, please continue to register your vehicle. Continue by selecting the type of vehicle.
12. Click the Check Unit Data button after entering the vehicle data.
13. Upload a photo of the vehicle.
14. For Biodiesel fueled vehicles, you need to upload a photo of your STNK.
15. If there is more than one person, you can enter the data of other vehicle users.
16. Finally, the data will be verified within 14 days. The verification results will be sent to your email.
