Hi SoBri,
This time Raz and Roy went to a hidden gem coffee shop in the West Jakarta area, called Senusa. This Balinese-inspired coffee shop serves drinks made from Arabica and Robusta coffee beans from various regions in Indonesia such as the Gayo Aceh, Temanggung, Kalimantan and Halmahera areas.
If you come to Senusa on the weekend , there is a special menu to enjoy, namely Gatsby sandwiches and tortillas. The name Gatsby sandwich is inspired by the film The Great Gatsby. Interestingly, Gatsby sandwiches and tortillas are available with two topping choices, namely wagyu and tripas. Tripas or goat intestines are known to be the most aromatic part but are cooked using a slow-cook method in a drum, resulting in a unique taste.
Are you curious about the taste and price of Senusa's special menu? Instead of being curious, let's just watch the full video.
