Indonesia will build more vocational institutions in cooperation with Switzerland.
Switzerland offered us, Indonesia, to follow up bilateral cooperation especially in the field of vocational education, polytechnic, and so on, said Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung.

Switzerland is a country thathas big potential for Indonesia. The most concrete [proof of the partnership] is the Indonesia-Switzerland bilateral relationship in the past three years has increased for almost 283 percent and there are a lot of Swiss companies in Indonesia which become excellent or leading in their sector, Pramono continued.
Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Darmin Nasution also stated they will take further step to follow up the offer.
If later President (Jokowi) visits Switzerland, probably at the end of this year, we will be ready with cooperation in vocational education, Darmin said.

The offer came after Swiss delegation Johann N. Schneider Ammann visited Indonesia for a bilateral meeting, along with Swiss Ambassador for Indonesia Yvonne Baurmann, Swiss Global Enterprises President Ruth Metzler Arnold and Swiss parliament member Claude Begle, on Friday.
