Though its size is not as bis as other project in this list, its theme makes the project stand out. Built by Singapores Pollux Properties, the project rides on the K-Pop wave as it will have a South Korean concept. Gangnam District is the Seouls prestigious neighborhood and has been immortalized by pop song Gangnam Style few years ago.
The project is set to finish in 2019 and then will be continued with further development of more apartment towers, office space, and shopping mall.

This mega project of Ciputra has been opened and used, but some parts are still in development, including Wisma Negara, an accommodation complex for state affairs, which is planned to open mid 2017. The development is not without problem. The reclamation done to get more land to build was protested by environmental activists and the process is now being investigated for corruption.
