Bryan Singer's long-development biopic about the legendary British rock band Queen, "Bohemian Rhapsody", has announced more casts for remaining members of the band.
British actors Ben Hardy (X-Men Apocalypse, EastEnders) and Gwilym Lee (The Tourist, The Hollow Crown) will be playing drummer Roger Taylor and lead guitarist Brian May. While bassist John Deacon will be portrayed by American Joe Mazzello (The Social Network, Justified).
Those three would join Emmy winner Rami Malek (Night at the Museum, Mr. Robot) who had earlier signed on to play front man Freddie Mercury.
The biopic has been in the works for at least a decade. Produced with the full cooperation of Queen members, moreover with Taylor and May serve as musical directors of the film, "Bohemian Rhapsody" shall possess a stunning level of detail, just like the Queen official site wrote.
There has been no information for the plot. The production for the film itself is planned to start this September and scheduled for release on December 25, 2018.
