Brilio.net - A frying pan is a type of cooking equipment that is quite often used for sauting and frying. There are two types of pans that are commonly used, namely aluminum and stainless steel pans. Stainless steel frying pans are also known for their quality because they are more resistant to rust.
However, with use, stainless steel pans become susceptible to stains . Even the inside has burnt spots. These stains arise because the pan is often used for cooking at hot temperatures. If this is the case, the burnt stains on the inside of the stainless steel pan are quite difficult to remove even if you rub them.
Finally, a number of people rely on citrus to clean them. However, sometimes this citrus is also quite difficult to find on the market. The difference between aluminum pans and stainless steel pans.
Here are the differences between aluminum woks and stainless steel woks.
1. Basic ingredients.
Aluminum woks are made from aluminum, while stainless steel woks are made from stainless steel.
2. Heat conductivity.
Aluminum has better heat conductivity than stainless steel, so aluminum pans heat up faster and distribute heat evenly.
3. Reactivity.
Aluminum tends to be more reactive to acidic or salt-based foods than stainless steel. This can cause changes in the taste of the food or even affect health if too much aluminum is dissolved in the food.
4. Strength and rust resistance.
Stainless steel is stronger and more resistant to rust than aluminum. Stainless steel pans are more durable and don't get dented easily.
5. Treatment.
Aluminum pans tend to scratch more easily and are difficult to clean if they catch fire. Meanwhile, stainless steel pans are easier to clean and keep clean.
6. Price.
