First of all, prepare the fish you want to fry. To make it tastier, marinate it first with crushed garlic, turmeric, coriander and salt. While waiting for the spices to infuse, prepare a frying pan and place it on the stove. Heat a frying pan and add oil. When it's hot, add the fish one by one.

Then prepare a piece of lime peel. Add and fry with the fish until crispy. According to him, lime peel is effective at absorbing fishy odors and the fish does not explode when fried.

When the fish is crispy, take the orange peel and remove the fish. Drain for a few moments until all the oil is gone.
