Brilio.net - The bathroom floor is one of the areas most susceptible to dirt and stains. This dirt can come from dirt on the feet that is brought in from outside. Apart from that, dirt can also be caused by water crust that sticks to it and is not cleaned immediately.
If left for a long time, the dirt can turn into a stubborn yellow crust. If this happens, the ceramic floor will be difficult to clean even if you brush it with soap or porcelain cleaning fluid.
So, to overcome this, a number of people often add other cleaning agents to remove stubborn stains on bathroom ceramics. This ingredient is citrus. Ceramics that are cleaned with citrus do appear bright again. However, sometimes citrus is also difficult to find on the market.
For this reason, you don't need to worry because there are still tricks with other ingredients that are simpler and easier to practice. This trick for cleaning yellow crust from bathroom ceramics was shared by a netizen via Miss Jojo's YouTube account. He admitted that this trick only relies on 1 kitchen ingredient which is quite easy to get.
"This is the bathroom tile in my house before cleaning. There are lots of yellow stains on the tile due to accumulated water rust," he wrote, quoted by BrilioFood from Miss Jojo's YouTube on Tuesday (26/3).
First, prepare the kitchen ingredients that will be used, namely Citroen Zuur powder which can be used as a cake preservative. After that, sprinkle the preservative powder all over the surface of the ceramic floor which is covered in yellow crust.
"Next, brush with an old toothbrush," he wrote.
If so, rinse immediately with water until it is completely clean. The rinse water also looks cloudy, which indicates that the yellow crust has been completely removed.
"Lastly, flush with clean water. Look at the results. All the yellow and black stains are washed away with the water. That's how to clean stubborn stains on bathroom ceramics," he concluded.
