How to make:
1. Mix red dye with water.
2. Then add coconut milk until it reaches 100 ml.
3. Heat or boil.
4. Mix warm water with sticky rice flour. Knead until it can be rolled.
5. Then divide the dough into 14 parts.
6. Flatten the dough and fill with brown sugar, smooth and round.
7. Boil the water, add the mixture, once it all floats, it's a sign that the klepon is cooked, lift, drain.
8. Roll the klepon in grated coconut and serve.
