Material:
- 300 gr boneless chicken, cut into pieces
- 100 gr chicken skin, cut into small pieces so it's easy to mash
- 250 gr oyster mushrooms
- 5 cloves of fried garlic - 1-2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 2 carrots, coarsely grated
- Salt, pepper and stock powder
- 75 gr cheese, cut into cubes
- The oil for frying
- A solution of wheat flour and fine bread flour for coating
How to make:
1. Puree the chicken meat and skin and garlic with a food processor until smooth or can be blended.
2. Add the eggs, blend again, add oyster mushrooms, carrots, tapioca flour, salt, pepper and stock powder, stir until smooth.
3. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, fill it with cheese and shape it into a round shape. Do this until the dough runs out.
4. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
5. Cool, then dip in the flour solution, roll in bread crumbs, repeat if necessary.
6. Nuggets are ready to freeze or fry immediately until brown.
