Brilio.net - Frying pans and pots are kitchen utensils that are often used for cooking with various cooking techniques. Frying pans with their shallow and wide design are ideal for sauting, frying, and cooking foods that require fast and even heating. On the other hand, pans that are usually deeper in shape are perfect for boiling, steaming, and cooking soups such as soups and stews. Although they look simple, these two tools play an important role in creating various delicious dishes that pamper the tongue.

Because they are used every day, pans and pots must be well maintained. Not without reason, the high intensity of use of pans and pots makes these utensils easily burnt or even blackened due to continuous exposure to fire. Well, these burnt stains can thicken and cause crust.

To overcome this, some people usually coat the bottom or bottom of the pan and pot with bar soap. Well, this bar soap is considered capable of preventing direct exposure to fire to the bottom of the cooking utensil. As a result, cooking utensils such as pans and pots will remain shiny.

But besides using this method, there is another technique that is no less effective in keeping the bottom of the pan and pot from turning black. This technique was once done by YouTube user Zulaikha pratiwy. Through one of the videos uploaded, Zulaikha admitted that this technique was done after she cleaned her pan and pot from burnt crust.

"Caring for and maintaining a pan that was originally burnt, then I cleaned it with great difficulty so that it finally became clean and shiny. So, how do you maintain it?" said YouTube user Zulaikha pratiwy as quoted by BrilioFood on Friday (9/8).

Furthermore, the method used is to immediately wash the pan and pot after use. In the video, Zulaikha initially wanted to fry tofu in a pan. She admitted that the pan used for frying must be completely dry so that there are no yellow or black stains due to heating.

Well, after being used for frying, she admitted that the bottom of the pan looked dirty. Then to remove the burnt spots, Zulaikha rubbed it with sandpaper. More precisely, she used fine sandpaper and dish soap.

"Just rub it directly onto the yellow or burnt part while pressing," said Zulaikha.

After scrubbing, the stains will appear to be gone. If so, rinse with water and scrub again using a dishwashing sponge. Finally, rinse until the pan is completely clean. That way, the pan or pot will always be shiny and not burnt.

"So, friends, you have to do this every time you finish cooking, immediately clean or wash it. Don't wait until you use it many times, because the burning will get worse," he explained further.
