Material:
- 1 banana, steamed, thinly sliced
- 60 gr hunkwe flour
- 25 gr chocolate powder
- 600 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 1-2 pandan leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- Plastic for wrapping
How to make:
1. Dissolve cocoa powder and hunkwe flour in coconut milk, strain.
2. Add pandan leaves, salt and granulated sugar, cook while stirring until they explode. Lift.
