My cake recipe is soft, flexible and fail-proof

Brilio.net - Lovers of moist cakes will definitely be familiar with my cakes. This soft and chewy textured snack is generally available at special events or celebrations. It tastes delicious and has a unique shape that resembles a turtle shell.

Usually my cake contains mashed green beans . How to make it is quite easy, you can copy a recipe like BrilioFood reported from the @dapur.uri account. You can also create the shape yourself.

Leather Material:
- 200 gr sticky rice flour
- 50 gr powdered sugar
- 75 gr mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 125 ml warm coconut milk
- Orange and green coloring to taste

Material contents:
- 150 gr peeled green beans
- 150 gr granulated sugar
- 1/4 gr salt

How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Separate a little for green color.
3. Add orange and green food coloring.
4. Divide the mixture into about 27 grams, set aside first.
5. Make the filling, steam the green beans until cooked, then mash them with sugar and salt. Cook over low heat and shape into balls.
6. Fill the skin with green bean filling, form carrots and top with leaves.
7. Steam my cake over low heat, opening the steamer every 5 minutes. Steam for approximately 15 minutes. Brush the top with corn oil. My cake is ready to be served.
