Noodle ingredients:

- 500 ml chicken or beef stock
- 200 gr boiled chicken meat
- 100 gr shrimp, peeled
- 5 meatballs, cut into pieces
- 3 sausages, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 head of mustard greens, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon sago, dissolve in water
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tsp hatam
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
How to make:
1. Heat oil over medium heat, arrange the boiled noodles in an oil strainer. Fry until dry and cooked. Lift.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the garlic and onions until fragrant and wilted.
3. Add the meat pieces, shrimp, cook until the shrimp change color.
4. Add sausage, meatballs, carrots, stir well.
5. Add broth, add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
6. Cook until the carrots are soft. Add the remaining vegetables, stir well.
7. Add a little sago water solution or adjust the desired consistency. Cook until the broth bubbles.
