Material:
- 1 kg smoked eel
- 7 cloves of shallots
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 cayenne peppers
- 4 curly chilies
- 2 turmeric finger segments
- 4 candlenuts
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 laos finger segments
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemongrass leaf
- 1/2 fingertip of shrimp paste
- 500 ml instant coconut milk
- Salt, sugar and flavorings to taste
- Oil
- Water

How to make:
1. Wash the smoked eel with clean running water. After that, drain it. Because the eel has been smoked, there is no need to fry it again.
2. Once the eel is ready, blend until smooth all the seasoning ingredients except lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass. Stir fry the spices with enough cooking oil. Add the lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass, stir until fragrant.
3. Next add the coconut milk. Add water to increase the sauce. Wait until it boils before adding the smoked eel. Add salt, sugar, pepper and seasoning alternately while stirring gently. Wait 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Taste test and serve.
