Material:
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp granulated sugar
- Margarine to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons clean cooking oil
- 100 ml hot milk
Filling ingredients:
- 3 slices of chicken meat cut into slices
- Chilli sauce to taste
- 3 chicken eggs fried in a half-boiled omelet
- 3 sheets of kraft cheese
- Mayonnaise to taste
How to make:
1. Mix flour, salt, garlic, sugar, pour in cooking oil and water little by little while stirring well.
2. Take 1 ball of dough, then flatten it using a rolling pin or other clean tool. While sprinkle the flour little by little.
3. Grill the kebab skin on Teflon for 1 minute. Set aside and cover with a cloth.
4. Add the filling, omelette, cheese and smoked beef, fold according to taste, and chili sauce. Heat again on Teflon.
