Leather Material:
- 500 gr wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 tsp salt - 150 ml water

Material contents:
- 100 gr bean sprouts, chopped
- 150 gr potatoes, cut into cubes
- 150 gr carrots, diced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 200 gr chicken meat, chopped
- 4 boiled eggs, cut into 8 pieces
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 50 gr vermicelli, brew with water then drain
- 50 ml of water
- 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 8 red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

How to make:
1. Mix all the leather ingredients then knead until smooth. Flatten the leather mixture until it forms a thin round shape. Set aside the skin mixture for later use.
2. For the contents, heat the oil. Saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant.
3. Then add chicken, potatoes, carrots and spring onions. Stir well.
4. Pour in water. Stir then cook until half cooked.
5. Add bean sprouts, vermicelli, salt, sugar, ground pepper and ground nutmeg. Stir well then cook until cooked. Correct the taste and lift.
6. Take one sheet of skin and add 2 tablespoons of filling along with egg pieces.
7. Wrap it into a semicircle shape and cover the sides with egg white.
8. Twist the attached side until it becomes curly like a pastel.
9. Do this until all the skin and filling mixture is used up.
10. Prepare a frying pan and fry the jalangkote until cooked. Lift and drain. Jalangkote is ready to be served.
