Material:
- 200 gr tapioca flour
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 200 ml boiling water
- 1/2 grated coconut
- Pandan leaves to taste
How to make:
1. Steam grated coconut, pandan leaves and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Mix all other ingredients. Pour boiling water into the flour mixture, stir quickly until lumpy and smooth. Let it cool slightly.
3. Coat your hands with flour, then divide the dough and add paste or coloring according to taste. Shape the dough and boil it in boiling water with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, after it floats, let it sit for a while. Drain well.
4. Directly coat in steamed grated coconut. Serve sprinkled with granulated sugar or brown sugar.
