First ingredient:
- 60 gr rice flour
- 350 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
- 2 pandan leaves, tie in a knot
- 2 1/2 tsp salt

Second ingredient:
- 225 gr rice flour
- 1 tablespoon green tea powder
- 300 gr coarsely grated coconut
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 475 ml of water
- 75 gr granulated sugar for sprinkling

How to make:
1. Boil all the first ingredients while stirring until thickened.
2. Combine rice flour, green tea powder, and grated coconut, stir well in a container. Add the first boiled ingredient while stirring well.
3. Add the eggs and water little by little while continuing to stir well.
4. Heat the mold. Pour the mixture into the mold until it is full. Cover and leave until cooked.
5. Remove the cake from the mold. Serve while hot with a sprinkle of granulated sugar.
