Material:
- 200 gr tapioca flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 gr tapioca
- 220 ml of water
Material contents:
- 3 boiled eggs (150 gr)
- 5 cayenne peppers
- 10 curly red chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 red onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp stock powder
How to make:
1. Mix all the Cimol ingredients, knead and shape into a ball.
2. Saute the chilies and onions until soft and smooth, adding salt and stock powder.
3. Finely chop the boiled eggs and mix thoroughly with the chili sauce.
4. Small round shape for cimol filling.
5. Then fry over medium low heat until cooked.
