Material:
- 500 gr white sticky rice
- 400 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 350 gr sliced palm sugar
- 75 ml of water
- Salt
- 5 pandan leaves
- Water for soaking

How to make:
1. Boil water, 2 pandan leaves and palm sugar until dissolved. Filter.
2. Soak the sticky rice in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the water, put the aron sticky rice directly in the pan until the water is dry. Pour the sticky rice into the steamer. Steam sticky rice and 3 pieces of pandan until cooked.
3. In a non-stick frying pan, mix thick coconut milk, liquid brown sugar and salt.
4. Cook until boiling, after the coconut milk solution is a bit thick, then add the steamed sticky rice. Stir well until absorbed.
5. Pour into a 20 cm baking pan lined with banana leaves. Press while compacting. Let it cool and set, then cut into pieces.
