The case that went viral initially occurred when the belongings of Mandala and his wife, Maridha Deanova Safriana, were forcibly packed by the hotel on December 8, 2023. It is known that Mandala and his wife were guests at an event held in the hotel area.
The forcibly packed items allegedly damaged the couple's suitcase. Then the hotel offered to move rooms and apologized at that time. Because they did not accept it, Mandala and his wife chose to move hotels.

Not only that, the losses suffered by Mandala also resulted in postponed events and materials. From the incident, Mandala and Dhea sent a warning and demanded compensation. The ongoing case brought both of them to the Examination Hearing held at the Pontianak District Court (PN) on Wednesday (11/9) yesterday.
The result of the trial made the hotel sue for Rp100 billion. The demand made Maridha Deanova Safriana faint, even Mandala could not help but cry.

In the video clip, it is known that the hotel has not wanted to make peace with Mandala. According to Mandala, the hotel is clearly at fault, but there is no good faith.
"It's clear that his emotions were wrong. We've said good things but there's no good faith at all from this hotel," he said.
On the other hand, Mandala asked for help from the media and the public to monitor his case. Mandala is worried that he will become a victim.
"We are worried that we will also be victims. We are worried that we will lose even though we are right," he explained.
Based on information provided by Mandala, his party had mediated with the hotel, but there was no response at all.
"We have repeatedly asked for mediation with them. But never, before this trial, called the mediation trial, we came all the way from Pontianak with my lawyer. But the hotel owner never came," explained Mandala.
There is no good faith, the hotel always blames Mandala. Even suing Mandala and his wife for Rp100 billion.
"Where is there any good faith? Show me, there is none at all. All he does is blame me. Do you know, he sued me for Rp 100 billion," Mandala explained.
