After remaining silent for a long time, Raffi Ahmad has now opened his voice about the origins of baby Lily. When he was a guest star on the Merry Riana podcast, the presenter, nicknamed Sultan Andara, said that he had wanted a daughter for a long time.

"We also don't look for it, in fact, if something we haven't intended but happens beyond our plans, beyond our expectations, it means it was planned by Allah," said Nagita Slavina's husband, reported by YouTube Merry Riana, Monday (5/ 8).
Raffi revealed that the baby girl was present in her family not long after the night of Lailatul Qadar. He said that baby Lily came through the sky, at which time his wife, known as Gigi, and his eldest son, Rafathar, prayed to be blessed with a daughter.
"So during the fasting month again, the night of Lailatul Qadar, my wife really wanted to have another child, Rafathar also really wanted to have a younger sister. I also didn't know that my wife was praying (asking for a child). I was rarely at home, I also didn't know "It turned out that Rafathar had been asking for another sibling for several days," he continued.
Who would have thought, Nagita and Rafathar's prayers were answered through the hands of a friend who took Lily to his house. At that time, Gigi's friend did not ask the couple to adopt the child they were carrying. He only explained the condition of the baby, which turned out to be unlucky.
"One of her friends, Gigi's sister, came and had a small orphanage in Bali, her name was Maghda's mother. At first she just wanted to explain, 'This is a child, not thrown away, I mean but unwanted'," he said.
That night, Raffi, who saw Lily, had the desire to give prayer to the little baby. Meanwhile, his eldest son, Rafathar, showed his concern for baby Lily. In fact, Rafathar even asked Raffi to let Lily live with him.

"At that night the baby was at home, it had not been 24 hours, it was still red, I just called him to prayer, after that Rafathar was usually indifferent, but when he saw that (Lily) he loved him, he kept saying, 'That's enough, Dad, he's here.' "I haven't decided anything yet. For a day or two my wife hasn't said anything," he said.
However, this 37 year old man could not decide anything at that time. He and Nagita are still considering one thing or another before making the decision to adopt a baby girl. After going through a thinking process, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita agreed to care for and love Lily like their own child, while still surrendering to God regarding what will happen in the future.
"For Nagita to look after her daughter, if she is in Islam, she has to take several considerations, but with that I said, well, that's enough for this child to be here, what about tomorrow, what next week, what next month, if it's the mother, what's going on then we'll just say that, go ahead. "The important thing is that our intentions are good, we look after him," explained Raffi.
He then took care of all the documents to make Lily a new member of his family. "Until now, we have taken care of everything so that it becomes our family. Yes, we have just taken care of it, the intention is to take care of it," concluded Raffi Ahmad.
