Brilio.net - The police have successfully arrested a man in connection with the alleged distribution of a pornographic video involving Audrey Davis. The son of musician David Naif had previously admitted that the person behind the video was him. The perpetrator who was arrested is known by the initials AP who is Audrey's ex-lover.
Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi revealed the motive of the perpetrator who spread the pornographic video. He said that the perpetrator was hurt because Audrey broke up with him.
"Because suspect AP was hurt after being dumped by witness AD, suspect AP wanted to embarrass witness AD by spreading the video so that other people could also share their fantasies and the sensation of having sex with witness AD. This was a very bad intention and this could be subject to criminal charges," Ade Ary told reporters as reported by brilio.net from liputan6.com on Tuesday (13/8).

It turns out that the video was not immediately spread by the perpetrator. Previously, he had made threats against Audrey Davis. This was conveyed by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Senior Commissioner Ade Safri Simanjuntak. Currently, AP has been named a suspect.
"There was a threat against witness Audrey Davis made by suspect AP to spread the video content containing the indecent content," said Ade Safri.
According to Ade Safri, AP's confession explained that the threat began because he did not accept Audrey's decision to end their relationship. However, Audrey seemed to ignore the threat so that her pornographic video circulated on social media.

"From the results of the examination that we conducted on suspect AP, the motive of suspect AP in spreading or distributing or transmitting this immoral content was because he was hurt after being dumped by his ex-girlfriend," he said.
Ade Safri continued that investigators had secured several videos containing immoral content. All of them were stored on flash drives and devices belonging to AP. The police confirmed that there were no other women in the videos stored by the suspect.

"There are several videos that we will update later to our media colleagues, but what is clear is that there is not just one (subject) video (there are none with other women)," said Ade Safri.
Therefore, Ade Safri ensured that until now they are still conducting further investigations. His party will develop anyone involved in the crime of spreading the video to be charged with a crime.
"What is clear is that the manager or owner of the X social media account transmitted by suspect AP is currently being profiled by the PMJ Cyber Crime Investigation Team. There are several accounts that were transmitted immoral video content by suspect AP," he said.
In this case, AP was charged with several articles, namely Article 27 paragraph (1) and Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 which amends the ITE Law, as well as Article 4 paragraph (1) and Article 29, or Article 7 and Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography. The threat of punishment is more than 5 years in prison.
Meanwhile, for the suspects who distributed Audrey's pornographic video, namely MRS and JE, they were also charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) and Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 which amended the ITE Law, as well as Article 4 paragraph (1), Article 29, or Article 7 and Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
