Brilio.net - As people get older, people generally become more involved in activities that have to be done outside. This makes the face and body skin areas such as the hands more frequently exposed to sunlight mixed with pollution. This condition often causes the skin on the hands to lose its brightness over time, causing it to turn black.
Darkening of the skin color of the hands is part of the hyperpigmentation process. This process is triggered by exposure to sunlight which can basically cause a burning and scorching effect on the skin, so that it gradually triggers an increase in the production of melanin (color pigment) in the skin.
Meanwhile, pollution that sticks to the hands will usually affect the formation of climbs. Daki is a collection of dead skin that is still attached to the outer layer of the skin. Climbing is then often mixed with pollution and sweat on the body. As a result, the skin on your hands will feel rough and dirty.
So, based on this, you can handle it without having to buy scrub products on the market. You see, by using just a few natural ingredients, you can get the same clean and bright effect.
One method of making it was shared on Instagram by @arsalna_nur which uses a mixture of tomatoes, sugar and coffee, as reported by briliobeauty.net on Saturday (24/2).

Tomatoes are a fruit rich in lycopene, a compound with strong antioxidant properties. Lycopene can fight free radicals that damage the skin, help protect the skin from sun damage and reduce melanin production which causes black spots. Apart from that, tomatoes also contain vitamin C which helps stimulate collagen production and gives birth to brighter skin in the process.

Sugar has many benefits in skin care, especially when used in the form of a scrub for exfoliating purposes. As a natural exfoliating agent, sugar can help remove dead skin cells and smooth the surface of the skin so that it becomes brighter and radiant. Apart from that, sugar can also stimulate blood flow to the skin, thereby helping the process of providing nutrition for healthier body skin.

Coffee grounds can not only be used as a base for drinks, but also as an effective ingredient for scrubs. The caffeine content in coffee grounds can help increase blood circulation to the skin, thereby helping reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve skin texture. Apart from that, coffee grounds also have antioxidant properties which can protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
