1. Borobudur Temple

The museum is best known as sites where many prehistoric fossils discovered. From around 1936 to 1941, the first excavation period, many fossils were found like in this site like Meganthropus Palaeo Javanicus and Pithecanthropus Erectus or Homo Erectus.
6. Lorentz National Park
The 2.4 million hectare-Lorentz is the largest national park in Southeast Asia. The place has been named as world heritage site since 1999.
7. Tropical Rainforest of Sumatra
The 2.5 million hectare-rainforest covers three national parks, among them the Leuser, Kerinci Seblat and Bukit Barisan Selatan. They are the house to 10.000 species of plants, 200 mammals, hundrens of bird species and 21 endemic animals.
8. Cultural Landscape of Bali - Subak Irrigation System
This canal and dam-based irrigation system is able to irrigate the fields and temple area of 19,500 hectares. Subak itself reflects a phylosphycal concept of Tri Hita Karana which unites the huiman world, the supernatural or the spirit, and the nature. The system is rated egalitarian and democratic for Balinese farmer.
