Brilio.net/en - A serial cat killer dubbed the Croydon Cat Killer or the Cat Ripper of Croydon was allegedly spreading terror again. Another three cats appear to have become his latest victims.

According to Metro, officers were seen moving the cats headless body in Norbiton, Kingston-upon-Thames, Greater London, Sunday (24/4) morning. Meanwhile, another decapitated black cat was discovered in Thornton Heath, not far from Croydon.

The third victim, a white-and-ginger tom named Barney was found decapitated in nearby Mottingham Sunday evening, as Mirror reported. His grieving owner Danielle Bowden said that Barney was 22 months old, a much loved and loving cat who adored his family.

He loved chasing and being chased around the garden by the children, meeting and greeting his human Dad when he came home from work, she recalled. At night, he would curl up under his human Mum's arm and go to sleep, content and purring. He was a kind, clever, funny cat who deserved to live his life in peace with his family.

Instead, he was found beheaded on Sunday evening on the main road near his home, by his human Dad, she said.

The cats remains are frequently dumped near the homes of their owners, Telegraph reported. Since October, at least 60 cats have been found mutilated, with either their head, tail or paws missing with a grim possibility that the parts are being kept as trophies.

Dozens of cats are thought to have been killed over the last three years. All appear to be carried out by the same mysterious murderer, according to South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty (Snarl), an organization that has been collecting information the serial killings for the last seven months.

According to Metro, the poor cats all seem to be killed with the same gruesome method before mutilated: being hit with a blunt object or thrown against a wall. Some theories suggest that they might have been knocked down by a car before they were beheaded.

Some still have undigested chicken inside their stomachs, suggesting theyre being lured with food while others have been bled out.

Now its even getting worse. The terror spread outside Croydon to other parts of London, and the animal victims were no longer only cats. There have also been discoveries of foxes, rabbits, and birds that were slain in a similar fashion.

Bodies were found in Richmond, southwest London and Edgware, in the north of the capital this week, suggesting either the serial killer has moved beyond the south London suburb of Croydon, or maybe copycats have started to strike.

Other incidents have been reported in Streatham, Stepney, Tottenham Hale and Bedfont, near Heathrow Airport.

Snarl advise anyone who finds an animal they believe to be a victim of the killer to call them so the body parts can be safeguarded and cause of death investigated.

Its heartbreaking to know why such cute and innocent pets should be killed that way. And what kind of demon who could do such malicious acts?
