Brilio.net/en - We probably have seen some wonderful things during our lifetime, but there is nothing as wonderful as a mothers love for her children. Like Barbara Kingsolver said, sometimes the strength of motherhood is greater than the law of nature. What happened to this mother is a heartbreaking yet beautiful proof of the statement.
After a brutal attack, this mother cat has risen from the dead only to see her babies again. The story began when a kindhearted woman fed a stray cat and her kittens in her yard in Australia. But the nightmare happened after the mother cat accidentally wandered into the wrong yard. The man who lived there allegedly grabbed her by the tail and threw her up against a trailer.
The cat was thought to be dead, so her 1-week-old kittens were collected by an animal rescuer. However, the next day, the most unbelievable thing happened. The mother cat woke up and started dragging herself using only her front paws to the spot where she last left her babies.
As reported by Bored Panda, the local RSPCA rescued the mother immediately and reunited her with her kittens. The mother, now named Princess, is sadly paralyzed for life.
Dee Walton, the owner of Sawyers Gully Animal Rescue, is going to take care of her as the poor cat has very special needs. Due to the torture, she cant urinate or defecate on her own. To lighten the cats burden a little bit, the rescuers are now trying to get Princess her own wheelchair.
For now, the poor cat can take comfort in nursing her loved babies.
Princess is a fighter, she teaches me everyday not to give up, Walton told the Dodo. I believe those kittens gave her the will to live.
The man responsible for this tragedy was arrested.
1. A woman said her neighbor has killed the mother cat she was feeding
2. I was informed that the man (neighbor) had her (the mom) by the tail and threw her up against a trailer
3. The next day, the most unthinkable thing happened. The cat woke up and drag herself to the last place where she saw her kittens
4. She got there only to find that her babies were already moved by an animal rescue group
5. But the rescue picked up the cat immediately to take care of her and reunite her with the kittens
6. Princess is a fighter, she teaches us everyday not to give up
7. And its easy to believe that the kittens gave her the power and will to live
