A training plane from an Indonesian flight school crash landed at the Blimbingsari Airport in Banyuwangi, East Java, at 10.48 a.m. Monday.
According to reports, the aircraft, identified as a Cessna 172, belonged to the Mandiri Utama Flight Academy and was being used by a student for a class exercise around the Panggang Bay area.

The plane took a sharp right turn after landing, causing its propellers to hit the runway, which sparked fire and later caused an explosion.
Firefighters have been deployed to put out the fire. No casualty was reported in this incident.
