Brilio.net - Everyone's path in life may be different. The reason is, good luck and sustenance have been determined by God Almighty. This principle is adhered to by a former flight attendant named Ifta Bintan. While many people are aiming for work, Ifa instead chooses to retire early.
Instead, he swerved to move into a field that had nothing to do with his previous job. He took this decision very bravely. Even though he was already established as a flight attendant at an airline, he did not want to be satisfied with his life achievements.
After deciding to stop, Ifta Bintang started his new career as an MSME entrepreneur from scratch. Reported by brilio.net from YouTube/HaloBos on Thursday (2/5), this former flight attendant from Kulon Progo decided to retire early to run his business as a fish seller.

The business, which was named 'Fish Laukku', started when she and her husband loved eating fish. For Ifta, the side dish used for meals is fish. Therefore, he often buys fish at various fish auctions.
"My fish side dish is because our family likes fish. So my side dish is fish. My husband, who is from the coast, always wants to eat fish and here (in the city) we have difficulty finding fish that is in good condition. So like it or not, we have to bring it from our husband's village. ," said Ifta, starting his story.

Gradually, his habit of buying fish led to the idea of stocking the fish he had bought and selling to people who also liked fish. Since then, Ifta's fish selling business has grown very rapidly.
"So, my friends started to see that when I made a story at the fish auction, I made a WA story about cooking fish, they always asked me, where did the fish come from and it looked good," said Ifta.
"In the end they took it, finally I dared to stock up and buy a freezer and finally sold it," he continued.
His business selling fish is not without problems. Ifta must adapt to fishermen's fish income in each season. This made him have to rack his brains to ensure consumer demand was guaranteed.

Apart from that, the problem that often occurs is damaged fish which he often receives from fishermen. This is thought to be due to a problem with the delivery process.
"There was a time when around 100 kg of ground mackerel fish all smelled, sir. Customers complained, in the end we tracked down the ones who ordered ground mackerel that month. We looked for one by one which fish they got, if it really smelled we replaced it 100%. And at that time "Maybe almost 10 (consumers), yes. And that was the lowest point, bro," said Ifta, remembering his struggle.
One of the methods used by Ifta when running a fish selling business is to always prioritize customer trust.
"But in my opinion, restoring customer trust should be like that. Maybe I'll just use what I got first. "Maybe I face customers as well as I face passengers," explained Ifta.

Until now, his Laukku Ikan business continues to run. The record that Ifta has achieved while selling fish is that he received orders for 1.5 tons of fish in one day. Ifta's story also impressed many netizens who said that Ifta's story and his courage to change his job were very inspiring.
