The contents of the letter read that the first party (biological parents) handed over a 3 month old girl named Windi Nadianti Putri to the second party (foster parents). Meanwhile, the second party will be responsible for the child's entire life.
The letter was signed by 6 people, plus 4 witnesses. The signing of the letter occurred on April 9 2000 in Cibanteng Village, Parungponteng, Tasikmalaya.
"Today the 1st party handed over a girl child to be adopted (adopted) by the second party and the second party is responsible for the child's living needs," the letter stated.

After 24 years had passed, Windi admitted to experiencing extraordinary emotional turmoil. Sadness, shock, surprise, and other emotional stress mixed into one. Windi also wondered why for more than 20 years, he had never been told anything about this.
Not wanting to be left in turmoil, he tried to find his biological parents. Fortunately, Windi was able to find her biological parents, Toni and Isoh. Without thinking, he immediately took the opportunity to visit his parents' residence.

There finally the parents and child met. Windi asked many questions. He finally got the answer that Windi had to be adopted by someone else because of economic conditions. They want Windi to be able to live a decent life. However, he does not hate his parents at all.
"I'm not angry, I don't hate them at all. The reason I gave to my current parents is not because they don't love them. But they want their children to have a decent life," he wrote.
Even though he already knows where he is, he will still love his adoptive parents. Because it was her adoptive parents who took care of her and looked after Windi's education from the age of 3 months to the adult she is now.

"If you hug far away, you're great at being able to make peace with the situation, btw, I'm also an adopted child. The difference is that my late father and mother didn't tell me about their biggest fear of losing me until in the end I was the one who lost them, but that's okay," said the account @bubucan.
"Hello sis, our story is from high school, I've known those biological parents since middle school. Actually, it's a really big plot twist because it turns out they're still in the same neighborhood and I often meet too," said the account @fttzhra_.
"Sis, I'm the same way. I only found out that I was an adopted child after 1 week of getting married & I was immediately met by my biological family. The reason was that during the crisis, I couldn't buy milk and I had economic problems," said the account @nisadipsa.
"Hello, brother, I also have the same fate as you, I'm not the biological child of my current parents, but my story is different, because in the past it wasn't allowed for you to be with my biological parents, my biological parents' apps weren't tied to it," commented the account @hnn_nn2, " commented the account @hnn_nn2.
