It appears that the perpetrator, who was accompanied by officers, took off his red prison clothes. His eyes filled with tears until he shed tears. It is known that the man with the initials S (39) was previously named a suspect after taking off with a two-wheeled vehicle with the key still stuck in the motorbike. The incident occurred in the Cileungsi Kidul Village area, Cileungsi District, Bogor Regency.
After undergoing an examination, it was revealed that S's motive for stealing a motorbike was to finance his wife's delivery , who would soon give birth. Because it is known that his wife is currently pregnant with their first child.

Hearing the suspect's confession, the victim felt sorry, considering that he had a wife who was heavily pregnant. The case was resolved with Restorative justice, namely the resolution of a crime by involving the suspect and victim who together seek a fair resolution through peace.

"The victim felt sorry for the perpetrator's background, so Restorative Justice was carried out, facilitated by the Bogor Regency District Attorney's Office (Kejari) on Thursday, August 15, 2024," he added further.
Finally, S was released and the case was dropped by the Bogor District Attorney's Office. According to the Bogor District Attorney's Office, Irwanuddin Tadjuddin, there was no intention from the suspect to steal the motorbike. When the suspect was looking for a job, suddenly saw a motorbike parked with the key still attached.
He then took the motorbike away until he was finally caught. Before being released, the prosecutor identified the suspect to the neighborhood where he lived. It was later discovered that Subur was considered well-behaved by residents around his residence.
