The video shows a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation between the mother and her boss. The mother tried to politely ask for permission, but got an unpleasant response from her boss.
" 'Sir, I'm asking permission to go home, my child is having a seizure', 'Where is your husband?', 'My husband is at work, sir', 'Why don't you just tell him to go home?' ," read the screenshot of her chat with her boss.

Even though she explained that her husband was working, the boss still did not give permission. He even gave an answer that hurt the mother who was worried about her child's condition even more.
In the comments section, the mother revealed that she finally decided to go home without permission to be with her sick child. Unfortunately, that decision could not prevent the tragedy that occurred.
" I still went home, even though I didn't get permission. My child died, and the regret never ends until now ," he explained.
