Signing the 2024-2026 Joint Working Agreement, BRI and the Workers Union Strengthen Industrial Relations

Brilio.net - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) signed a Joint Working Agreement (PKB) for the period 2024-2026 with the BRI National Workers Union at the BRI BRILiaN Tower, Jakarta (28/8). The Joint Working Agreement for the period 2024-2026 was signed by BRI President Director Sunarso with the Chairman of the BRI National Workers Union Mohammad Rizal witnessed by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah.

In her remarks, the Indonesian Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah emphasized that harmonious, transparent, fair and productive industrial relations are built on good partnerships.

"Through PKB, companies can build collaboration with workers through good management," said Ida, quoted by brilio.net from a press release, Tuesday (3/9).

Ida added that companies need to improve social dialogue based on Pancasila values and prioritize deliberation for consensus in the relationship between management and workers. A strong and conducive partnership can have a positive impact on the company.

BRI President Director Sunarso stated the company's commitment to creating conducive working conditions, so that all workers can work optimally.

"With this PKB, companies together with workers can form values that have a significant effect by Giving Meaning to Indonesia," said Sunarso.

He emphasized that amidst increasingly tight business competition, BRI continues to maintain employee remuneration at a competitive level by considering the performance achievements of work units and individuals. He appealed to all employees to increase productivity according to the company's targets.

Chairman of the BRI National Workers Union, Mohammad Rizal, expressed his hope that the PKB can be implemented with full commitment and responsibility. "SPBRI will continue to be committed and support the achievement of the company's performance and will continue to move forward, achieve new achievements, and realize BRI's great vision to continue to be Strong and Great," concluded Rizal.

The signing of this PKB shows BRI's commitment to building good relationships with workers, while also encouraging productivity and company performance amidst increasingly complex business challenges. In the future, the synergy between BRI management and workers is expected to encourage innovation, improve the quality of service products, and ultimately provide a greater contribution to the national economy.
