Criticized for creating content at the location where the rental car was burned, this young man from Sukolilo Pati apologized

Brilio.net - Social media is abuzz again after the case of arson and abuse of a car rental owner in Sumbersoko Village, Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, Central Java. This commotion was caused by a viral video of a young man who works as a content creator from that area.

The young man named Teyeng Wakatobi angered netizens because he made a controversial video at the location where the car was burned. He appeared arrogant and spoke in a provocative tone.

"We give understanding to people who don't understand. We just beat up people who don't understand enough. Sukolilo boss! Don't play around here!" he said in the short video, reported by brilio.net from the Instagram account @teyeng.wakatoby_.

In the aftermath of the video, the man was criticized by netizens. This criticism even resulted in Pati's celebgram account being blocked by Instagram. He had time to change accounts, but netizens who were fed up with his behavior kept criticizing him.

Recently, Teyeng also appeared with an apology video. Reshared by the Instagram account @memomedsos, the figure of Teyeng is shown expressing his apology to the public.

"I am Teyeng Wakatobi, I hereby apologize profusely to all Indonesian citizens, and also Sukolilo residents. Don't forget all car rental colleagues throughout Central Java and Greater Indonesia for my video content which has caused a stir in social media," he said at the beginning of the video.

Teyeng admitted that the video was recorded for content only and solely to find viewers for his TikTok account. In other words, the provocative content is just for sensational purposes. He also emphasized that he did not take part in the beatings and burning of cars.

"I made this video, just for viewers to upload content on my TikTok. I made content after the victim was in the emergency room. In this content I did not take part in beating up the victim and burning the car. For yesterday's content incident I apologize profusely. big," he said in the video.

In another post, Teyeng claimed he had met the victim's family and expressed his apologies to them.

"I have met the victim's family and I have made an apology video in front of the victim's family," he wrote, quoted from a video uploaded from the TikTok account @teyeng.wakatoby.

Even so, it was observed that netizens still had not quelled their anger. Some advised not to repeat themselves and to be smarter in creating content.

"Halah! Just when it's like this, I'm sorry," said the account owner @budiban992.

"From now on your life will not be calm, bro, that's why if you want to be a celebrity, be smarter in producing content," said the account @topotopp.

"Be more polite in your behavior, bro. Leaving Pati, you might not be safe now," said the account @rhizalkhlifah.
